Recipe Exchange

One of my favorite hobbies is cooking. Many members of my family and friends are great cooks and often times we are very competitive. We spend countless hours chopping, preparing, cooking, and baking to make sure we have the "best dish" at our gatherings.

I truly believe the most favorable quality time you spend with family and friends revolves around food. Delicious cooking is the key to many people's hearts. I enjoy sharing my recipes and exchanging recipes with others. I love to cook and Mark and the boys love to eat what I have prepared. I hope that you will participate in our recipe exchange and find this site fun and exciting.

Happy Cooking!

Leslie

Easiest Ever Fudge
submitted by Holly Sweany
1 container vanilla frosting (not the whipped kind)
1 package chocolate chips

Mix both in a big bowl. Microwave for a few seconds and stir. Continue until the chips are melted and it is smooth. Pour into a pan sprayed with cooking spray. This will set up in just a few minutes. You may also substitute any type of chips and add in different items. I like to use white chocolate chips and bits of candy canes at Christmas.
