Garry B. Barnes, 52, of rural Seymour, Indiana, passed away at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at his home.

Born on July 7, 1957 in Seymour, Indiana, he was the son of John Richard Barnes of Seymour & Margaret Irene (Estes) Barnes of Seymour.

He was formerly employed at Werskey Masonry in Seymour and was also employed by Bishop Aviation in maintenance in North Vernon, was a 1975 Crothersville High School Graduate, enjoyed fishing, hunting and billiards. Garry was a member of the American Legion and the VFW both in Seymour, and attended the Apostolic Pentecostal Tabernacle in Seymour.

Other survivors include his two sons, Steven Wayne Barnes and Andrew Lynn Barnes both of Crothersville, four brothers, John Michael Barnes of Scottsburg, David Wayne Barnes of Uniontown, His twin Jerry A. Barnes of Columbus, IN, Jeffrey Lynn Barnes of
Indianapolis, IN.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
